Terms of Use & Service Policies

By visiting cainspowerwashingva.com, submitting a quote request, making a payment, or scheduling service with Cain's Power Washing, you agree to these Terms of Use and all service policies listed herein. These terms protect both you as the customer and Cain's Power Washing as the service provider.

• House washing and exterior siding cleaning

• Driveway and concrete cleaning

• Sidewalk and surface cleaning

• Deck, porch, and carport cleaning

• Commercial exterior and storefront cleaning

• Dumpster pad and grease area cleaning (hot water available)

• Fleet and work vehicle cleaning

• Minor smoke and surface residue cleanup (qualifying jobs)

All services are subject to property qualification, water source verification, and final quote approval.

• House Washing: Starting at $149

• Driveway Cleaning: Starting at $99

• Sidewalks and Concrete: Starting at $99

Final quotes are based on property size, surface condition, location, and applicable add-ons. All prices are starting rates only. A written quote is provided before scheduling.

A travel fee of $1.00 per mile each way applies to jobs outside our standard Richmond service radius. This is calculated based on your property address and included in your written quote.

If the quote is accepted and the job is completed, the return trip fee is credited toward your invoice total. If the job is declined or cancelled after arrival, the full round-trip travel fee applies.

• City or municipal water is preferred

• Well water properties require a signed waiver before scheduling

• Service may be declined at the discretion of Cain's Power Washing

• An additional risk assessment fee may apply for well water jobs

• Deposits may be required to confirm scheduled service dates

• Deposits are non-refundable once service is scheduled

• If the customer cancels, the deposit is forfeited

• If Cain's Power Washing reschedules due to weather or safety, the deposit is applied to the new date

• Final balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Payment plans may be available on qualifying jobs

Before any work begins, Cain's Power Washing conducts a visual pre-service inspection including:

• Photographing pre-existing damage, damaged screens, loose fixtures, or areas of concern

• Covering outdoor electrical outlets and protecting light fixtures

• Notifying the customer of any findings before service begins

• Walking the property with the customer before and after service when available

Customer acknowledgment of the pre-inspection confirms that noted conditions existed prior to service. Cain's Power Washing is not liable for damage that existed before arrival.

All pets must remain indoors during service and until a complete yard rinse-down is performed. Cain's Power Washing is not responsible for injuries to pets that are allowed outside during or immediately after service.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may result in forfeiture of deposit. No-shows result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

• Not liable for pre-existing damage identified during pre-inspection

• Not liable for damage from surfaces that cannot withstand standard cleaning methods

• Not liable for items left unsecured by the customer

• Liability shall not exceed the total paid for the specific service in question

Only verified customers who have received and paid for service may submit reviews. Each submission requires a unique one-time token sent to the customer's email after payment. Submitting false or fraudulent reviews is prohibited.
